Avocado & Egg Toast

Ingredients
- 1 slice whole-grain bread
- 1/2 avocado (mashed)
- 1 boiled egg (sliced)
- 1/4 tsp Goodsalt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- A pinch of chili flakes (optional)
Method
- Toast the bread until crispy.
- Spread mashed avocado and drizzle with lemon juice.
- Place boiled egg slices on top and season with Goodsalt and black pepper.
- Sprinkle chili flakes if you like some heat.
- Enjoy as a healthy breakfast or snack!
