Avocado & Egg Toast

Ingredients

  • 1 slice whole-grain bread
  • 1/2 avocado (mashed)
  • 1 boiled egg (sliced)
  • 1/4 tsp Goodsalt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • A pinch of chili flakes (optional)

Method

  1. Toast the bread until crispy.
  2. Spread mashed avocado and drizzle with lemon juice.
  3. Place boiled egg slices on top and season with Goodsalt and black pepper.
  4. Sprinkle chili flakes if you like some heat.
  5. Enjoy as a healthy breakfast or snack!
