Low-Sodium Chicken Stir-Fry

Ingredients
- 1 chicken breast (sliced)
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (broccoli, bell peppers, carrots)
- 1/2 tsp Goodsalt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp light soy sauce (or coconut aminos for lower sodium)
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp olive oil
Method
- Start by heating a little olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add your chicken and cook until it's lightly golden and smelling amazing.
- Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 3โ4 minutes.
- Season with Goodsalt, black pepper, garlic powder, and soy sauce.
- Drizzle sesame oil, stir well, and cook for another 2 minutes.
๐Serve warm and enjoy the flavour โ with less sodium, of course!
