Low-Sodium Chicken Stir-Fry

Ingredients

  • 1 chicken breast (sliced)
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (broccoli, bell peppers, carrots)
  • 1/2 tsp Goodsalt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp light soy sauce (or coconut aminos for lower sodium)
  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp olive oil

Method

  1. Start by heating a little olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add your chicken and cook until it's lightly golden and smelling amazing.
  3. Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 3โ€“4 minutes.
  4. Season with Goodsalt, black pepper, garlic powder, and soy sauce.
  5. Drizzle sesame oil, stir well, and cook for another 2 minutes.
